DESCRIPTION: The City of Chelsea, MA seeks innovative, highly competent professionals to join its management team. This senior level position performs key supervisory, administrative and technical support to the City Manager involving planning, directing, organizing, leading and coordinating the administration of the DPW and major s initiatives and mission. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is desirable. Registration as a professional Civil Engineer in Massachusetts is strongly desired. Demonstrated leadership through a minimum of seven (7) years progressively responsible leadership experience in a multi-discipline public works organization.
