DESCRIPTION: Plans, organizes, controls, and directs the activities of the Operations work group-water distribution, water treatment, wastewater collection, wastewater treatment, street maintenance, facilities/vehicle maintenance; coordinates the effective and efficient use of program personnel, funds, equipment, and time; does related work as required. Requires graduation from accredited four-year college or university with Bachelor's degree; and five years of increasingly responsible public administration experience with emphasis in public works, transportation, and utilities management, including minimum of three years' experience at supervisory and management level with responsibility for substantial program areas; or any satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience; Applications will be accepted until position is filled.
