DESCRIPTION: This executive level position directs the activities of Budget, Finance, Procurement, Supplier Diversity, Human Resources, Information Technology, General Services Facilities and Construction, Security, Flight Operations, Data Management, Water Quality Monitoring, Hydrologic Data Reporting and Assessment (except for mercury research, modeling and wetlands), and Hydrologic Data Processing, and participates in organization strategic planning. The approximate number of employees is 387 with backgrounds in business administration, procurement, finance, human resources, organizational development, and information technology. Requires ability to analyze data and leadership skills. Qualified candidates must possess education and experience equal to a Master�s degree In Business Administration and have ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in an executive level position including five (5) years at the executive decision-making/problem-solving level.
