DESCRIPTION: This individual will coordinate Information Technology strategic planning through extensive interaction with line-of-business managers and appointed and elected public officials. The successful candidate will have a degree and at least three years of progressively responsible technology or project management experience. The ability to communicate effectively with non-technical, top-level managers and public policy makers is essential, as are exceptional written communication skills.
