Applications for jobs posted on The Local government Job Net must be sent directly to the organization posting the ad. Application information is generally found towards the end of each ad in the "APPLY TO:" or related section. Some organizations will accept resumes in lieu of formal application forms. Others will require an official application form. Some will accept applications or resumes by e-mail. Follow the instructions in the ad for the proper procedure to follow. Do not send your resume to the Local Government Institute (LGI).
