DESCRIPTION: Under general supervision, performs work of considerable difficulty in supervising staff and conducting the review of proposed construction plans, field inspections, and performs related work as required or assigned. This position requires degree in architecture or engineering; must be ICBO certified as a Plans Examiner and Combination Building Inspector. Special requirements: must possess and maintain a valid Arizona driver's license.
