Don't eliminate potentially qualified candidates or restrict your search to 'local area only" because of budgetary constraints or scheduling conflicts. A 30 minute video-interview affords search committees and appointing authorities the opportunity to see and hear candidate responses to the questions typically asked during the oral interview, enabling assessment of communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

The Process is simple and works like this:

1. You provide LGI with a list of candidates selected through your resume review.

2. LGI arranges to have the candidates contacted and interviewed.

3. Interviewers use a pre-formatted series of questions, specific to the position, which have been previously designed by you and your organization (LGI will assist you to design behavior descriptive and other types of the questions).

4. Upon completion of each interview, the tapes are sent via priority mail directly to the designated individual in your organization for review and evaluation.

The Cost:

$210 per 30 minute interview (7-10 candidates)
$230 per 30 minute interview (4-6 candidates)
$250 per 30 minute interview. (1-3 candidates)
