DESCRIPTION: Join the Executive Team to implement the largest public works program in the nation ($20 billion program)! Outstanding opportunity for experienced administrator with proven track record in procurement and administration of large, complex construction projects. Oversee staff of 100. Must have broad background in contract administration, professional service agreements, bidding documents and contractual requirements. Requires 7 years managerial experience with 3+ years direct experience managing complex procurement services for facilities. Bachelor�s degree required, preferably with major in business or public administration, finance, economics, engineering, construction management, or a closely related field. Advanced degree such as a MBA, MPA or legal degree is preferred if complemented with appropriate experience. Requires experience in the review of contracts (>$1 million each). Candidates with government or private sector experience involved with large, complex construction programs strongly encouraged to apply.
