COMPENSATION:  Salary: $75,179 DOQ.

DESCRIPTION: Requires graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred, in computer science, management information systems, or closely related field with extensive (eight plus (8+) years) prior management experience managing a technology environment, supervising technology personnel and performing technology capital planning; and, five (5) years of systems analysis, systems design, systems development and programming experience, public sector preferred.  Working knowledge of database structures of Oracle and SQL Server, stored procedures, triggers and alerts; Working knowledge of Crystal Reports or similar report writing tools, SQL PL/SQL, Visual Basic and Access desired; Demonstrated ability to work effectively and communicate with non-technical staff and users; Proven ability to manage project plans and budgets.  Must have hands-on experience with all Microsoft applications and server services; some UNIX knowledge desirable; or any equivalent combination of related education, training and experience; or, any equivalent combination of related education, training and experience.
