COMPENSATION: TO APPLY: The Labor Relations Manager will manage and direct the County’s Labor Relations program including negotiations, costing, contract administration and grievance investigations and resolution. Must have strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills. Requires five years full-time experience performing professional labor relations activities of which at least three years were in the public sector and Bachelor’s in business or public administration, industrial relations or closely related field.
