The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration or a related field, Master’s Degree (preferred) and at least three years of municipal government experience. Candidates must be able to create a budget that reflects in-depth knowledge of municipal finance; demonstrates a strong work ethic; and an ability to delegate responsibility.
