DESCRIPTION:  Concordia, Kansas (pop. 5,179) located in North-Central Kansas. The community is a great place to live, work, and raise a family. The city has a $9 million budget and 56 FT employees. Bachelor’s Degree in public administration or closely related field required; a master’s degree is preferred. Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of municipal management experience. Strong management, communication, budgetary, and personnel skills required. A demonstrated ability to envision and achieve community goals will be highly valued.
